Brilliant film by Adam Curtis on the manipulation and control of the masses, how deeply it has affected us all, who is creating it, and why.

Another valuable piece of work that continues on the heels of the ‘Century of the Self’ films.  This tracks how the theories of Edward Bernays etc were embraced to convince millions of people that the military-machine and the endless wars it creates are justified.

A profound film narrated by Sean Penn, demonstrating the clear relationship between war and mainstream media. I think one of the major steps in awakening is when one begins to see the media for what it truly is. Unplugging ourselves from this influence and examining how much of our previous beliefs have been programmed is completely necessary before anyone can be expected to see.

This is one of the best documentaries I’ve seen exposing the realities behind the US war-machine, and the mind-boggling levels of media propaganda the world has been subjected to to allow them to continue.  Trying to comprehend the sheer magnitude of perpetual lies and mass murder throughout the globe is really difficult, but this film I feel has the potential to begin finally cracking this open.

Another great film breaking down the concept of money in the modern world, and how it came to be so. Richly informative.

Powerful film on the evidence of modern social engineering.

An investigation on the legal and psychological nature of corporations, and how in this light it appears our capitalist world is being run by psychopathic mentalities.

911 is obviously a fundamental issue in anyone’s political awakening.  But there are literally hundreds of thousands of hours of online information regarding 911. A lot of emotion, a lot of misinformation. Sifting through it all to come to any personal rational perspectives can be an impossible task.  After 10 years of listening, filtering, learning and contemplating, this is likely to have the strongest chance of convincing a rational person that, at the very least, there is further investigation about that day to be done.

This was a FOUR DAY event in which multiple sources were allowed to present evidence supporting the justification and need for a proper and new investigation of 911.

The 911 Truth Movement can debate about the physics of building collapses, the impossibility of passports fluttering to the ground, the absence of planes at supposed crash sites etc FOREVER – and we will get no closer to finding the actual truth of WHO was behind these events.  This is an amazing work of over a decade of research in a direction few other 911 investigations dare to tread;  attempting to identify the actual NAMES AND INDIVIDUALS who are most likely to be tried as suspects in this most historic crime. Recommended by The Corbett Report, this video lives up to its reputation.

Of the many 911 documentaries complied over the years, I think this one has the most impressive amount of total research. If you want a crash course on all the many debates in one, this would be the one I’d recommend.

The early draft of ‘Loose Change’ was perhaps the first comprehensive documentary on 9/11 from a skeptical perspective.  It was vehemently debated, and became an internet sensation.

Since then, the director has carefully re-mastered it, with as much scrutiny for fact and error as I believe he was able.  The result is slightly over 2 hours of information that is still being passionately questioned to this day.

What could be even more relevant than the questions asked in this lecture is the baffling phenomenon of why no one has asked them yet.

We are told that the Twin Towers collapsed. But did they?  Look again!  Dr. Judy Wood builds a very convincing case that the towers did not collapse at all…  – they turned to dust in mid-air.  Where did the sheer mass and volume of material that was the towers go?

A stunning amount of clear visual evidence that a totally new phenomenon occurred right before our eyes.  -So new in fact, that most of us didn’t even fathom the stunningly obvious question of the video’s title.

Once we begin to see the true face of our world’s active power and corruption, it is difficult to continue believing that even a nation like Canada is as we are told.  When your government spends over a billion dollars to throw a party for these fuckers, and your charter of rights and freedoms is used as toilet paper and your city turned into a police state for 3 days, it becomes impossible.

A blunt and shocking wake-up call as to the true nature and purpose of ‘police’ in this country.  Though on a day-to-day basis it may appear as though they are working for the community…  films like this show that ultimately they most certainly do not. They work for the guests attending the G20, and have armed themselves to the teeth, AGAINST THE PEOPLE. There is no law, there are no rights. Only actions of individuals. A uniform changes nothing.

After the truths about the Federal Reserve in the US started to spread, it took a while for Canadians to start to realize that we have been duped in exactly the same way.  Great film, a must-see for Canadians.

Original Vietnam Pentagon Whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg, just shortly before the invasion of Iraq.  He skillfully compares his experiences on the inside during the Vietnam war to what was happening around the time of the presentation, and he offers his optimism for how he feels it can be changed.

It seems just as relevant today, as we witness a buildup to go into Iran under the same techniques.  An amazing speech, and a wonderful insider history lesson that anyone concerned with the mechanisms of war should absorb.

Follow up by the creator of ‘Money Masters’, going into further detail of the Federal Reserve from its creation to present day. It is amazing to me that this topic is recently out in the open, even on televised presidential debates. It wasn’t long ago this was a ridiculed and taboo topic.

A shattering investigation into the serial biases in the US mainstream media regarding the Israel/Palestine conflict. Packed with commentary from relevant scholars and experts, the film raises serious questions and red flags about the ethics of mainstream journalism, and the growingly obvious relationship between media and politics.

What is happening in Palestine as you are reading these words will likely never be shown in mainstream media. Having the courage to find out the other half of the story puts so much into perspective.  The fact that this horror is hidden from us and so unanimously blocked out by the media should scream all kinds of red flags as to the deception of our system. Don’t stay asleep – and if you feel you can’t stomach it, well think of what they have to stomach in Palestine every day because you and I may choose apathy.

Try to comprehend. Understand what you are not being shown.

Somebody put a LOT of work into this one.  It is wonderfully done, and is a great introduction to understanding the hidden truths of the money-game.

A 2.5 hr documentary based on Noam Chomsky’s book of the same name.  There cannot be enough to stress the importance of waking up to the true nature and purpose of the media.

A highly informative and enlightening perspective of American history that we rarely find so poignantly told.  This film outlines the historic roots of today’s American Empire, and will make any continued compliance with its machinery seem utterly insane.

The title says it all…  this is a peek into the true nature of big business, governments, dictators, resources and war from someone who claims to have been on the inside of these deals.  A fascinating confession with an inspiring message as to how we can change it for a more sustainable future.

If you want a clear example of how completely full of shit american government propaganda can be, especially in regards to its ‘war on drugs’…  watch this film.  It is absolutely ridiculous the outright lies and misinformation, and hundreds of billions of tax dollars spent that directly hurt way more people than cannabis itself ever could.  People by the millions have been arrested, jailed, and their lives ruined – not by the peaceful act of enjoying a bit of herbs, but by the Drug Enforcement Agency that decided that these people are a threat to society and must be punished.

The sad part is…  this mentality and complete misinformation continues to this day.

A key name in understanding the history and roots of today’s problems with oil, capitalism, propaganda, medicine, and banking. These are the kind of minds we are dealing with.

Class war is not just between rich and poor.  There is another stratosphere of ‘class’, which sees the world and us in ways so different than we can conceive, we may as well be different species. Getting a scope of the extent of these families’ hidden power and influence throughout history is always beneficial to understanding one’s present situation.

The blood and horror that western foreign policy has on its hands far exceeds what appears in the media. We have been trained from childhood to think of military as admirable, honourable, heroic and a necessary part of being free.  It is extremely difficult to unlearn these stereotypes and realize that western military action is maybe the most horrific and terrorizing group active in the world today.  Add to this the unfathomable amounts of funding towards it and how they are bizarrely allowed to operate outside of legal scrutiny  -and the whole scenario suddenly becomes surreal.  Do not deny yourself a healthy dose of seeing the suffering that our tax dollars in the west are funding on a daily basis.

Once we have seen the horrors or war that are waged by the name of money and power…  it isn’t a far leap to imagine that the same type of minds would also have a complete lack of moral compass in other endeavours.  Here are some cases that sheds light on the possibility that at the highest levels, the medical industry is also playing a corrupt game of gargantuan profit at the expense of human suffering.

Another case of the FDA reacting with extreme and ruthless prejudice against competition to their total domination of the Cancer Treatment Industry.

Another interesting case of the medical industry using their power to eliminate any threat to their monopoly on heath treatment.  This particular case intrigues me not just because I am Canadian, but because I have witnessed a good friend almost completely cure himself of multiple health issues using this natural, un-patentable treatment.

An impressive labour of love that someone has obviously put a great deal of time and passion into.  Much historical, religious, astrological and political information, all woven together into a unified message of human awakening. A bit dark and heavy-handed at times, but a wealth of valuable information nonetheless.

This is a 5-hour documentary that must be taken with a huge grain of salt…  there is much here that goes beyond the limits of rational investigation and I by no means put it in the same category as the other links on this page.  However if you are interested in how today’s empire could have possibly became so immensely powerful, this is a very entertaining journey through both factual and speculative history on the matter.

Don’t let the first few chapters deceive you…  this is not a mere 911 rant;  it is is a massive exploration connecting an entire recorded history of the succession of power as far back as ancient Egypt.
